Free theater with special list of plays
Ninety thousand 1st-9th graders studying at 161 primary, as well as 15 middle, 3 special schools and 4 colleges under Yerevan Municipality will receive free subscriptions.
The mayor of Yerevan has turned visits to theaters, museums and other culture homes into a mandatory component of the curriculum for schools under the municipality.
The children of the Pyunik Union for the Disabled will also visit theaters and museums through the free subscription program.
According to the department of information and public relations of Yerevan Municipality, the list of plays of the subscription program was prepared by the public education department of Yerevan Municipality, directors of theaters and artistic directors during a joint discussion.
