Soldier arrested
On September 7, temporary soldier, Lendrush Nazlukhanyan was arrested as a suspect ofa crime under Part 3, Article 373 of the RA Criminal Code within the framework of the criminal case instigated in relation to the death of temporary soldier of the NKR Defense Army, Hayk Mkrtchyan.
Preliminary inquiry is underway, reports the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
