MD: Criminal case instigated
RA Military Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan has instructed to instigate a criminal case under Part 1, Article 375 of the RA Criminal Code in relation to the releases regarding the assault against former soldier of the RA Armed Forces Hovhannes Vardanyan, which were provided by Hovhannes's father Vardan Vardanyan.
The criminal case will be sent to the corresponding subdivision of the investigative service at the Ministry of Defense for preliminary inquiry. The details of the criminal case will be released after a preliminary inquiry and the public will be informed in due time, reports the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
