“HAK-authorities dialogue isn’t frozen”
Head of the HHK (Republican) faction Galust Sahakyan says the HAK-authorities dialogue is not frozen at all.
"The coalition parties, the HAK and other political parties are in dialogue at the government building, a press conference or through the media."
According to Sahakyan, dialogue is the only instrument for normalizing relations between the political parties and only through dialogue do political parties pave the way.
