Will NK conflict resolution format change?
Polish Ambassador to Armenia Zdislav Rachinsky says Russia doesn't play that great of a role in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution. During today's press conference at the National Press Club, the ambassador said he has the impression that the format for the conflict resolution will soon change.
"I'm certain that the European Union will soon play a more active role in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution, especially since cooperation with countries in the South Caucasus is one of the most important conditions for successful implementation of projects in the region. However, how can we speak of cooperation and projects when the Armenians can't travel to Baku and the Azerbaijanis can't travel to Yerevan?" Poland's Ambassador to Armenia said.
Zdislav Rachinsky considers the lack of opportunity to visit neighboring countries unruliness. He mentioned that the European Union must make efforts to solve such issues in the region.
"The European Union will soon play an active role, but it is hard to predict the outcome," Ambassador Rachinsky said.
