29mln drams paid to citizens in compensation
The Office of Financial Ombudsman has received 525 complaints this year, with most complaints being filed against financial organizations.
Compared with previous years, there has been a rapid growth in the number of complaints. 80 complaints were considered, with 68% satisfied and 29mln drams paid in compensation.
There has been a significant increase in the number of complaints against insurance companies, especially after introduction of motor third party liability insurance.
The Office was opened in 2009.
