President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan has sent a congratulatory message to President of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic Igor Smirnov.

"On behalf of the Republic of Artsakh and its people, I congratulate you and the brotherly people of Transnistrian Moldovan Republic on the 21st anniversary of independence.

During these years the people and authorities of Transnistria have solved the intricate problem of state building, protected the freedom and independence of their country, laid foundation for dynamic economic development and embarked on a path to international recognition. Artsakh sincerely hails all you achievements.

I wish peace, prosperity and welfare to all of you," Bako Sahakyan said in his message.
