Putin addressed message to forum participants

The message of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will be presented to the participants of "Tsakhkadzor 2011" educational youth forum on August 30.

The forum kicked off on August 20 and will continue through August 30.

Head of the forum, Vahan Babayan says in his message the Russian premier welcomes the forum participants and accounts for his absence.

On August 1, Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the participants of "Seliger-2011" educational youth forum held in Tver. During the meeting Armenia's representative Ani Alaverdyan, a member of Prosperous Armenia party, requested Vladimir Putin to attend "Tsakhkadzor 2011" educational youth forum of CIS countries.

The event brought together 10000 young people from CIS countries. Strangers were denied entry to the forum. Participants were strictly prohibited to use alcohol.
Currently negotiations are underway to decide the venue of the next forum which is likely to be held in Sochi.

A memorandum has been signed within the framework of the forum, which calls on young people from CIS and Baltic states to launch comprehensive cooperation and work jointly to solve the problems the youth faces.
