Another arrested for “Norashen 2007” case
Resident of Yerevan Tsolak Petrosyan was arrested on 21 July 2011 after being suspected of committing a crime under Point 1, Part 3, Article 38-178 of the RA Criminal Code.
The case, which is under investigation at the RA Special Investigative Service, was instigated by President of "Norashen 2007" Consumers' Cooperative Armen Tadevosyan and Lusabek Samvelyan due to the confiscation of large items belonging to several citizens, reports the RA Special Investigative Service.
Without informing "Norashen 2007" Cooperative members, the newly built apartments located at 37 and 38 Gevorg Chavush Street had been sold again.
