RA Culture Minsiter sent letter to her Lebanese counterpart
On July 21, Armenia's Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharian met Lebanese Culture Minsiter Gaby Layyoun.
Ambassador Kocharian conveyed Gaby Layyoun the letter of Armenian Culture Minsiter who congratulated her Lebanese counterpart on the appointment.
The interlocutors discussed the prospects of deepening bilateral cultural relations, highlighting frequent top-level visits and organization of cultural events in both countries.
In this context, the interlocutors stressed the upcoming concert in Beirut with the performace of Lebanese National Symphony Orchestra and musicians from Armenia. The concert will be dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Armenia's independence.
Ambassador Kocharian noted that in 2012 Armenia will hold Days of Culture in Lebanon aimed at strengthening bilateral cultural ties.
