Judge sued for power abuse
A criminal case has been lodged at the Special Investigation Service of Armenia against a judge of General Jurisdiction Court of Ararat and Vayots Dzor Marzes.
Levik Poghosyan is charged with Aricles 1 and 314 of the Armenian Criminal Code and is accused of power abuse and tampering with official records, reports the Special Investigation Service.
Investigation is in progress.
Another action was filed against former marzpet (governor) of Ararat on July 20.
