Coalition-opposition talks start behind closed doors
The delegates of the Armenian authorities and opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) are holding their first meeting today. The meeting takes place at the Erebuni Plaza in Yerevan.
Coalition members were the first to arrive at the hotel.
Talking to reporters, HAK member Vahagn Khachatryan said the opposition will act as a listener in the talks.
At first journalists were banned from filming the meeting but after a short dispute they were allowed to take photos.
The talks continued behind closed doors, with journalist waiting for the results outside the hall.
The HAK delegation involves Levon Zurabyan, David Shahnazaryan, Felix Khachatryan, Vahagn Khachatryan and Manvel Abrahamyan.
The coalition delegation is comprised of David Harutyunyan, Gagik Minasyan, Naira Zohrabyan, Vardan Bostanjyan, Mher Shahgeldyan and Khachik Harutyunyan.
