1,481 letters
According to the RA law "On the order of discussing citizens' suggestions, appeals and protests", the general department of the NA Secretariat has released brief information regarding the results of the letters received in the second trimester of 2011.
The department has received, registered and presented 523 letters to the NA Chairman, and 52 letters to the vice-chairmen. The NA Chairman and the Vice-Chairmen have responded to all letters.
The NA standing committees have been given 441 letters and have responded to all of them.
NA factions have been given 465 letters and have responded to all of them.
The authors of the letters have raised issues related to legislation, healthcare, the society, education, finance, as well as domestic affairs.
