Serzh Sargsyan has no other alternative?
"Unlike other Republicans, Hamlet Harutyunyan does not drive "Bentley" and honestly serves his homeland," member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Gurgen Yeghiazaryan said on Friday.
However, after the courtesy Yeghiazaryan began criticizing the authorities for driving the country to extreme poverty.
"The country is dying at the hands of this brutal and savage capitalism, people can no longer live in these conditions. They encounter obstacles at every step," said the HAK representative.
Yeghiazaryan's opponent, Republican Hamlet Harutyunyan agreed with him, saying that capitalism resembles vandalism in similar cases.
To overcome the crisis, Yeghiazaryan suggested holding snap elections in the country which was immediately disapproved by his Republican colleague who said, "Serzh Sargsyan has no other political alternative."
"If so, let Sargsyan hold elections and we shall see who wins," said Yeghiazaryan.
The Republican MP says HAK's threats to take extreme measures are belated.
"Do not make us take extreme measures in September," the HAK member replied.
During the last opposition rally, HAK leader Levon Ter-Petrosayn gave time to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to establish a dialogue before September 1, saying HAK would take decisive steps if the demand was ignored by the authorities.
