Will they be gentlemen enough to explain the situation?
The Kazan-hosted trilateral meeting finally confirmed that the Armenian leadership could not achieve the results which could be achievable 13 years ago. Rather, our authorities gave a green light to Azerbaijan, "Human Rights-96" Party said in a statement.
"The change of power on a "batch" basis sought by Armenian leadership since 1998 remained unrealized.
The failure to involve Nagorno Karabakh in the talks as a full-fledged party smears Armenia's image on the international arena, a clear illustration of which is Serzh Sargsyan's statement at the summer session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
As a result, we have an obscure prospect for the conflict settlement on the one hand, and well-off high-ranking officials, "saviors of the fatherland" on the other hand, who are engaged in prospering their businesses and buying property overseas. And it is not surprising that today they are "forming new political culture" so as not to "strain the situation" and "prevent others from disturbing them."
It is the duty of every Armenian to discontinue the process and demand explanations from the "heroes" of 1998 for the sufferings of the past 13 years.
Or, they may be gentlemen enough to explain the situation..."
