Azerbaijan lacks the will
The committee in charge of issues connected to RA prisoners of war, hostages and the missing held today a session at the RA Ministry of Defense headed by RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan. The committee discussed the activities implemented in the first semester of 2011 and the upcoming programs.
The committee members stated that the process of returning the prisoners of war to their homelands was slow because Azerbaijan wasn't expressing as much will and determination.
The committee members mentioned that it was necessary to call the attention of international organizations to the Azerbaijani government's restrictions on the International Committee of the Red Cross Baku Office and raise the level of efficiency of returning prisoners of war and the missing to their homelands.
