During today's opening of the Armenian National Congress's (HAK) 11th office in Davtashen, Armenian National Congress coordinator Levon Zurabyan said the HAK was going to say a lot during the upcoming rally on June 30.

"That is when the authorities' approach will be clear. First, we will clarify the authorities' response and then what we're going to do," said Zurabyan.
According to the HAK coordinator, Serzh Sargsyan still hasn't responded to the HAK's proposal for dialogue because he is going to discuss a rather serious agreement on the Basic Principles for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution during the June 25 meeting in Kazan.

Mr. Zurabyan is certain that that document will drastically change the situation in Armenia and the region.
Touching upon the dialogue, Zurabyan mentioned: "You all see that the authorities are having a hard time deciding and giving a response. We all understand that we have to receive a response from Serzh Sargsyan. We have to know whether the authorities accept or deny this proposal. Everything has to be clear."

According to Zurabyan, the HAK will take the authorities' denial as a challenge to the nation because through denial, the authorities will show that they only know how to speak to the people through force.
In his opening remarks, editor-in-chief of "Haykakan Zhamanak" daily newspaper Nikol Pashinyan, who was recently released from prison, mentioned that any process taking place today will accelerate change of power.

Out of all districts of Yerevan, the HAK didn't have an office in Davtashen.
