PM participates in resort opening
RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan yesterday attended the opening of the Ani Resort hotel complex in Hankavan. The prime minister toured the resort and got acquainted with the conditions and the resort's offers.
Congratulating the gathered on behalf of the government, Prime Minister Sargsyan attached importance to businessman Sedrak Atchemyan's investment in Armenia and voiced hope that this would set an example for other Diaspora Armenian businessmen. The head of state mentioned that the investment was not made in Yerevan, but in a province and that this will promote proportional territorial development.
The resort was rebuilt on the foundation of the former Erebuni Resort. The volume of investments for construction of Ani Resort hotel complex made up over 7 million dollars.
