Zhirair Sefilyan to receive citizenship?
On the occasion of Shushi separate detachment commander, Artsakh hero Zhirair Sefilyan's 44th birthday, the Hayazn Youth Association is organizing an online petition on Facebook to grant Sefilyan RA citizenship. The Association is organizing the petition with high appreciation of his devotion and patriotic deeds.
On July 10, the Artsakh hero's birthday, the members of Hayazn will march toward Serzh Sargsyan's residence to present the signatures of numerous citizens and plead official confirmation of the hero's citizenship.
Member of the youth association Armen Mkrtchyan told "A1+" that the association would organize a meeting to transfer the virtual petitions to paper before handing them to Serzh Sargsyan.
Armen Mkrtchyan also mentioned that there had been similar petitions, but no youth organization had undertaken the initiative.
