Nino Burjanadze’s husband hiding in Armenia?
Badri Bitsadze, the husband of Georgia's ex-parliamentary speaker Nino Burjanadze, is hiding in Armenia, Georgia's Rezonansi newspaper writes.
Bitsadze reportedly left Georgia on Sunday night, the newspaper said citing its sources.
He is accused of organizing armed resistance against the authorities and organizing mass riots and faces up to seven years in jail.
Nino Burjanadze said she was unaware of her husband's whereabouts.
Talking to A1+, the National Security Service said they had no news about Bitsadze.
