Parliament Speaker hails opposition's readiness for dialogue
Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan hails the proposal of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) to start a dialogue with the authorities.
"It is commendable that the radical opposition makes such a proposal to the authorities. I think that President Serzh Sargsyan will agree to the dialogue, as it is in the interests of Armenia and its people," said Abrahamyan.
The Armenian parliament speaker noted that the authorities have always been ready for a dialogue and are willing to discuss any reasonable proposal.
Speaking about the format of the dialogue, Hovik Abrahamyan said they have not been discussed the issue yet, but it will be clear in the near future.
