Why snap elections?

During today's rally, leader of the People's Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchyan began his speech by reminding everyone that snap presidential and parliamentary elections are the only topic for dialogue between the ANC and the authorities.
After rounds of applause, Stepan Demirchyan corroborated his demand.
"We demand snap elections because people don't believe there will be change of power after the subsequent elections. People believe the next elections will be falsified again."
Mr. Demirchyan stressed that the government has failed in all spheres in the past three years.
"People are leaving the homeland. Emigration is unprecedented and the country is in a devastating socio-economic state. This is the country's image today. We want to achieve our goals without any turbulence," said Mr. Demirchyan, mentioning that that will happen through dialogue and snap elections.
"We must fight together and win through snap elections," said leader of the People's Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchyan in closing.
