What has "Hayastan" done?
The Board of Trustees of the "Hayastan" All Armenian Fund held a session at the RA Government's Reception Home headed by RA President Serzh Sargsyan. Sargsyan proposed and the board members voted for including a new board member-founding President of the "Pyunik" Charitable Foundation, Gabriel Jambarji (Jambarjian)-and confirming RA Minister of Finance, Vache Gabrielyan as a board member. In light of the board's replenishment, the Fund's executive committee was assigned to make adequate amendments in the Fund's charter and set 36 as the number of board members.
Within the framework of the agenda, the members of the Board of Trustees will be presented with the conclusion prepared by the Auditing Committee and the Grant Thornton Company, after which the participants will discuss Vice-President of the Board of Trustees, Gagik Harutyunyan's report on the previous activities of the "Hayastan" All Armenian Fund, further development, key issues and the solutions to those issues.
