The Heritage Party urges the Armenian National Assembly not to breach the RA law on "NA Regulations."

In a statement issued on Monday, the party said that the parliament did not observe the NA regulations and delayed the discussion of a draft law on open-air trade proposed by Heritage MPs Zaruhi Postanjyan, Armen Martirosyan, Anahit Bakhshyan, Larisa ALaverdyan and Styopa Safaryan.

Another draft law on the same issue, submitted by freelance MP Victor Dallakyan, was also delayed.
"The NA chairmanship has roughly violated the Law on NA Regulations, as before the parliament session, the NA Standing Committee on Economic Issues had reached a positive conclusion on the legislative initiatives," reads the statement.

"Once a draft law is given a positive conclusion, the parliament must include it in the agenda," the statement continued.

Heritage views the parliament's decisions as "an obvious unlawfulness" and calls on coalition MPs to comply with NA regulations.
