“Heritage” presented communiqué
"Heritage" demands the instigation of a case on illegal actions at 106/1 Nalbandyan Street.
On behalf of "Heritage" Party's parliamentary faction, head of the faction Stepan Safaryan sent RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan and Head of the Special Investigative Service Andranik Mirzoyan a communiqué regarding the crime.
Safaryan demands the instigation of a case for the illegal operations in the yard encompassed through Sayat Nova Avenue, Nalbandyan Street, A. Petrosyan and Tumanyan Streets.
According to the authors of the communiqué, at 106/1 Nalbandyan Street,
1. The constructor had the permission for demolition in accordance to the demolition draft presented to the municipality, but has also implemented construction on land.
2. The statement by the RA Minister of Urbanization proves that the constructor is out of the framework of demolition and has implemented illegal construction.
3. Without a draft agreed and established with Yerevan Municipality, which also requires public hearings and a conclusion on nature protection in advance, "Avazshin" LTD has already informed what is construction and what is a violation of the law.
4. Not having permission for cutting trees in that area, residents of that area claim that some trees have been cut and some have been seriously damaged due to land construction nearby."
