Armenian FM receives Iranian president’s Envoy
Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received on Friday the Special Envoy of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammad-Reza Raouf Shaybani.
Minister Nalbandian hailed the dynamically developing relations between the two countries, attaching importance to the Armenian-Iranian cooperation in the fields of energy and transport.
The interlocutors discussed the implementation of the agreements reached during the meeting of the Armenian and Iranian Presidents.
Edward Nalbandian and Mohammad-Reza Raouf Shaybani emphasized the work of the Armenian Iranian Intergovernmental Commission in the reinforcement of bilateral economic ties.
The parties discussed a number of regional and international issues of reciprocal interest.
