The relatives of the political prisoners believe that their relatives will be freed before May 31. Today they continued their Friday protests outside the Prosecutor General's Office, calling for the release of the political prisoenrs.

Seda Hovakimyan, the mother of HHSh (Pan-Armenian National Movement) vice-chairman Andranik Hovakimyan who deceased untimely, says her son was persecuted for his political beliefs following the 2008 presidential elections.

"They broke into the house and arrested Andranik in front of his children. His heart did not bear the humiliation and torture. I do not want my grandchildren to suffer the same fate tomorrow, that is why I am here," said Mrs. Seda.

The protesters say they will resort to drastic measures if their relatives are not released before the opposition's next rally.
