Ter-Petrosyan met with Nikol
A short while ago, RA First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan ended his one-hour meeting with editor-in-chief of "Haykakan Zhamanak" daily newspaper Nikol Pashinyan at "Artik" Penitentiary.
After the meeting, in response to journalists' questions on why he was visiting political prisoners now, Ter-Petrosyan said now he had the chance to visit them.
According to the First President, he wouldn't have been allowed to visit the political prisoners before.
"The situation has changed," said Ter-Petrosyan.
Let us remind that yesterday the justice minister allowed Levon Ter-Petrosyan to meet with Sasun Mikayelyan who is currently at the "Prisoners' Hospital".
According to the ANC press release, the RA First President also had a meeting and discussion at Artik Penitentiary with the participation of political parties that are part of the Armenian National Congress and non-partisan supporters.
