Bako Sahakyan attends tree planting in Karvachar
President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Shahumyan region on April 28.
In the regional center of Karvachar, Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation with the heads of regional administration departments. The participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the socio-economic situation of the region.
Bako Sahakyan underlined that the development of the Shahumyan region is among the strategic priorities for Artsakh, given the peculiar significance of the region. The Artsakh Preisdent gave concrete instructions to the heads of relevant bodies for the proper realization of regional programs.
Further, Bako Sahakyan attended tree planting together with students of Artsakh and Yerevan State Universities, inspected the construction activities in Karvachar and participated in the ceremony of launching construction of a youth camp, Artsakh President's press office reported.
