Fire at newly opened factory

Today at 6:27 a.m. a fire broke out at Polymer Trub Factory located in Merdzavan village of Armavir province.

According to a press release from the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, two firefighting crews left for the scene and a call for a complicated fire was declared at 6:50 a.m.

Two other firefighting crews and a fire extinguishing group from the Rescue Forces left for the scene and the fire was put out at 7:25 a.m.

Let us remind that yesterday Serzh Sargsyan visited the newly built complex of Polymer Trub LTD. After the opening ceremony of the factory, Sargsyan toured the company's production units, got acquainted with the development programs which envisage the factory's enlargement and the production of new types of products.
