Medvedev dancing with his classmates
President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev informed when and where he was dancing with his fellow classmates in the clip posted online.
"My classmates and I were having a good time. The music and the dances were all from the past," Medvedev wrote on Twitter.
A female blogger wrote that Dmitry Medvedev was dancing like her father who was in a good mood the whole day after watching that clip, to which Medvedev replied that it could be possible, if they were classmates.
In the clip, Dmitry Medvedev was dancing to the song "American Boy" by the group Combination, which was famous in the USSR in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s.
The Russian President's press speaker Natalya Timakova confirmed that Medvedev was in the clip and that he met with his classmates a year ago in St. Petersburg. "He has always participated in those meetings and stayed true to that tradition even after he became president," said Timakova.
Timakova also noted that the clip was most likely shot by one of the restaurant employees, reported by ruvr.ru.
