Nalbandyan to meet with Mammedyarov
RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan will leave for Moscow to participate in the meeting of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers to be held on April 22, reported the press service of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
