Tigran Karapetyan sends people home
People's Party (ZhK) headed by Tigran Karapetyan put off its rally set for April 10 near the Matenadaran Institute of Ancient Manuscripts.
"The unfavourable weather conditions forced the party to postpone the rally till May 3. The party activists have informed local residents of the change," the ZhK press office said.
