Armenia to Japan, China to Armenia
To show support to eliminating the effects of the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan, the Armenian government has decided to allocate the equivalent of 500.0 thousand dollars in drams to the Japanese government.
In addition to this, the government has given consent to the proposal to sign an agreement on technical cooperation between the governments of the Republic of Armenia and the People's Republic of China. Upon the Armenian government's request, the Chinese government is providing 40 million Chinese Yuan in assistance to Armenia for the implementation of the program for Technical-Economic Cooperation agreed between the Parties. China has been providing this amount of assistance to Armenia since 1999.
