A plane crashed
A UN mission aircraft crashed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The crash left 32 dead, one person was saved, as reported by UN official representative Farhan Hak.
The plane crashed as it was landing in the Congo capital of Kinshasi. Passengers on the plane were UN employees and peacekeepers.
The plane belonged to the Georgian "Airzena" airlines and had gone through a check-up in December 2010. The commander of the plane was Alexey Hovhannisyan.
The main reason for the crash was bad weather.
Over 22,000 peacekeepers carry out the UN's mission in Congo.
