Political will in education as well
"The guarantee for educational reforms is not only good work, but public support as well," announced RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan during the presentation of the "2011-2015 Strategy for Communication" program.
According to Ashotyan, the program is unprecedented and very goal-oriented in terms of content and orientation. It includes the latest information technologies that will provide the opportunity to establish closer ties with the society and the mass media.
Minister Ashotyan says the strategic program is an important part of the complex measures for the fight against corruption and is also aimed at giving operative responses to issues and alarms related to education in the presses.
Among participants of the presentation was UN Resident Representative Daphina Gercheva. The latter believes that the program's success requires political will.
