Iodine in Seul
The radioactive substances that penetrated the atmosphere after the nuclear plant accident in Japan have already reached Seul and, based on studies in various residential areas in Seul, there is iodine in the air.
Experts from Korea's institute of nuclear security say that that dose of iodine is not dangerous to people's health.
According to the latest information, the content of radioactive iodine in the sea near "Fukusims 1" nuclear plant exceeds by 1150 times. The people living near the nuclear plant have been evacuated by a 20 km radius.
