“We convey our strength to our footballers”
Armenian football fans started to encourage the Armenian national team ahead of the Armenia-Russia Euro 2012 qualifier.
Members of the Miasin (Together) youth movement today held "a football march" from Matenadaran to Shahumyan Square under the slogan "Friendship will win."
The participants were carrying banners and national flags of the two countries. In this way, they expressed their support for Armenian-Russian friendship.
Each of us wants his favorite squad to win the match but we are hopeful that the score will not affect Armenian-Russian relations," said Hakob Hakobyan, head of Miasin youth movement.
