SCPEC delegation participates in State Order 2011 forum exhibition
A delegation of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) headed by SCPEC Chairman Artak Shaboyan is participating in the special sitting of the International Council of Antimonopoly Policy of CIS member states in Moscow.
The sitting is held within the framework of All-Russian Forum-Exhibition "State Order 2011."
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin attended the opening ceremony of the sitting.
Armenia has shown interest towards the transparent, competitive and innovation system of state purchases through e-auctions.
"The system creates additional tools for small businesses, thus enhancing the quality of state order and confidence in it," said Artak Shaboyan underlining that promotion of small and medium-sized businesses is among the priorities of the economic policy of Armenia.
