Member of the Armenian delegation to the PACE Naira Zohrabyan says she wouldn't like to assess yesterday's declaration by Co-Rapporteurs on Armenia John Prescott and Axel Fisher.

"That is their viewpoint. When the Co-Rapporteurs' viewpoint is summed up in an adequate report and presented during the PACE plenary session, each member of the Armenian delegation, including me will present our viewpoints. One thing is clear-the concerns, including the issue of the 10 murders is not something new for us."

In their declaration, the Co-Rapporteurs mentioned that "the presence of prisoners, as well as the lack of revelation of the 10 murders continue to intoxicate the political environment in Armenia."

Mrs. Zohrabyan finds that the NA ad-hoc committee leading an investigation into the events of March 1 did everything it could to reveal the cases and the murders. "It was simply impossible to do more than we could within the limits of our instruments and powers."

Is it possible to reveal the 10 murders of March 1 or not? In response, Mrs. Zohrabyan advised asking the Special Investigative Service.

Mrs. Zohrabyan also spoke about the latest declarations by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and the Co-Chairs regarding the process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution.

"I was surprised to see the OSCE Chairman-in-Office's emotional call on the Armenian side to show goodwill and dislocate marksmen from the line of contact. I think perhaps the OSCE Chairman-in-Office should have called on the Armenian side because Armenia has expressed willingness to dislocate marksmen from the line of contact several times. I would like for the OSCE Chairman to not get so emotional in Armenia, but in Azerbaijan. Just a couple of days ago, Aliyev made another war threat and said if there are no more tools used in the process of the peaceful negotiations, the country will not refrain from solving the issue through other means. I am surprised to see that the international community is still turning a deaf ear to Azerbaijan's belligerent declarations."
