Another political prisoner released

Political prisoner Roman Mnatsakanyan was released from the penitentiary in Vanadzor. Mnatsakanyan was deprived of liberty on March 9, 208 under Part 2, Article 225 of the RA Criminal Code (organizing mass disturbances) and was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison.

Roman Mnatsakanyan was released early and conditionally.

Let us remind that political prisoner, participant of the Artsakh war, vice-chairman of the territorial division of the Land Defenders' Union Ani region Harutyun Urutyan was also released today. He had been sentenced to 6 years in prison in relation to the events of March 1 and was released from "Artik" penitentiary.
