Champion refused to be examined
The court today will determine whether Armenian National Congress activist Samson Khachatryan will be sentenced to a two-month arrest or not.
"The investigator has appealed to the court, but the time will probably be clear in half an hour," Khachatryan's advocate Ara Zakaryan told "A1+".
The world champion, two-time European champion and multiple USSR champion Samson Khachatryan is currently at the forensic medicine examination center, but has refused to be examined.
Khachatryan is suspected under the attributes of Part 1, Article 316 of the RA Criminal Code- applying force that is not dangerous to the life or health of an authority figure.
Let us remind that Khachatryan was arrested near "Dinamo" stadium on March 13.
The Armenian National Congress activist is temporarily at the cell for temporary maintenance.
