EU-Armenia Association Agreement discussed in Brussels
Brussels hosted Friday the fourth plenary round of the Armenia-EU Association Agreement.
The Armenian delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Karine Kazinian who acted as Armenia's chief negotiator. The European delegation was represented by Gunnar Wiegand, Director of Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia of the European Commission's Directorate-General for External Relations, headed the European delegation.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics in the negotiation process and exchanged views on possibilities of facilitating visa regime and creating a free trade zone.
The participants also summed up the results of the 2011 video conference and discussed other issues on the agenda, the RA MFA press office reports.
