PM promised to respond in 2 hours
During a meeting with the RA Prime Minister, "Heritage" faction MPs Armen Martirosyan and Stepan Safaryan demanded dismissing the RA Chief of Police, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Colonel Robert Melkonyan and Deputy Head of the State Patrol Service Khachik Avetisyan. The latter, according to "Heritage" MPs, have applied force against peaceful demonstrators.
Stepan Safaryan told "A1+" that the prime minister has assigned the chief of police to initiate an investigation into the officials' behavior and has promised that information regarding the investigation will be released in a matter of hours.
The MP also informed that if they are not content with the reply, the faction will instigate a case against the outlaw officials.
