Demand for three years
"Heritage" Party issued a statement:
"Three years ago on March 1, the ruling regime perpetrated a great crime against its own people by opening fire and killing 10 and injuring hundreds of helpless citizens who were exercising their constitutional right in peace and fighting for legality.
To this day, those responsible for this crime and the direct performers have not been received the sentencing they deserve and the authorities continue their efforts to conceal this criminal act.
"Heritage" Party demands the punishment of all those who organized and carried out the national tragedy of March 1.
We also share the pain of the victims' relatives and wish to console them with the conviction that the death of their sons, brothers and fathers was not in vain. They radicalized civil society in Armenia, marked the struggle for freedom and dignity and the incessant faith of the Armenian people in its own strengths.
"Heritage" Party, which has always, including on March 1, stood by the people's side, supports the struggle for truth, the future of Armenia and the rights of citizens in Yerevan and nationwide, as well as the protection of laws legally and collectively," as stated in the statement issued by the "Heritage" Party.
