A1+ submits claim with court
On February 21, the lawyers of A1+ TV Company, Meltex Ltd, submitted a claim to the Administrative Court of Armenia.
"Meltex Ltd seeks to restore its rights and invalidate the December 16 decision of the National Commission on Television and Radio," said Lawyer Tigran ter-Yesayan.
On December 16, A1+ was deprived of rebroadcast for the 13th time in a TV licensing competition announced by the National Commission on Television and Radio. The embattled TV Company lost to ArmNews that had submitted an application for the same frequency.
