Minister presented certificates
On February 17, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan presented certificates of completion to the first graduates of the "Diplomatic Cadres Preparation" course of the MFA's Diplomatic School.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of international organizations supporting the school, including the heads of the EU delegation and the OSCE Office.
"This one-year course was long, but I repeat-these are still the first steps and I am sure that our school will become a more developed and efficient institution in the years to come," said the minister.
