New facts before trial
On February 17 at 12 p.m. "A1+" and attorneys are holding a press conference to present new, startling facts about the digitization tender.
Let us remind that "A1+" was deprived of airtime once again in December 2010. However, "A1+" didn't accept the results of the tender and the series of trials began.
Accepting the existing facts as a basis, which the NCTR didn't take into account, "A1+" is preparing to dispute the lack of activity of the NCTR with one appeal and the results of the N 11 tender with another appeal. Based on the results of the votes held by the NCTR members, "A1+" scored only 2 points and "ArmNews" scored 44 points.
The press conference will be held at Congress Hotel.
