People’s Party to deliver ultimatum February 15
People's Party (ZhK) headed by Tigran Karapetyan will convene a national congress in downtown Yerevan, near the Matenadaran Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, on February 15.
The participants will issue an ultimatum letter to be presented to President Serzh Sargsyan, ZhK press service reports.
