Acting head for now
By the decision of RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan has also been appointed ad-hoc Acting Head of the State Service for Social Security of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
In its last session on February 3, the government made an addition to one of the previous decisions and established that the head of the RA state social security fund can also be appointed RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
The office has been vacant since Vazgen Khachikyan's dismissal on December 17, 2010.
